  • 📅 Thursday, July 2nd: Arrival & Mountain Welcome

    • Morning & Afternoon: Check-In & Funicular Ride

      • 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Arrive at the St. Regis Deer Valley, ride the iconic funicular up to the main resort, settle into your rooms, and unpack and enjoy the spectacular St. Regis pool.

    • Late Afternoon: Explore Historic Main Street

      • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Head down to Historic Main Street via the free town transit shuttle, uber, or rental car to browse local boutiques, art galleries, and historic architecture.

    • Evening: Casual Welcome Drinks/Dinner

      • Enjoy dinner on Main Street at one of our favorite restaurants (listed on this page). We will be hanging and having casual drinks at the hotel to say our hellos

  • 🌲 Friday, July 3rd: Alpine Adventures & The Welcome Party

    • Morning: Scenic Lifts & Alpine Hikes

    • Afternoon: Paddleboarding or Forum Fest

      • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Rent paddle boards at Deer Valley's Pebble Beach pond right at the base of the resort, or head over to the lively Canyons Village Forum Fest for free live concerts and food trucks.

    • Evening: Welcome Party at River Bottoms Ranch

      • 6:15-6:30 PM: Shuttles depart from the St. Regis Deer Valley main lobby.

      • 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Welcome Party at River Bottoms Ranch. Enjoy a stunning mountain-valley sunset, lawn games, food, drinks, and live music at the ranch.

      • 10:00 PM: Shuttles return back to the St. Regis.

  • 🇺🇸 Saturday, July 4th: 4th of July Parade & Our Wedding

    • Morning: Main Street Parade

      • 9:30 AM: Take the St. Regis funicular down to the lower portal and hop on the town's free transit shuttle to Main Street (St. Regis Concierge can also help arrange transportation to the parade from the hotel)

      • 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: The Park City 4th of July Parade. Enjoy this patriotic and classic, high-energy mountain town tradition running down Main Street.

    • Mid-Day: Lunch at the Park & Wedding Prep

      • 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Immediately after the parade, walk to the casual City Park Afternoon Festival to grab lunch from local food trucks.

      • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Head back to the St. Regis to rest, freshen up, and dress for the wedding.

    • Evening: Wedding at St. Regis Deer Valley

      • 4:30 PM: Seating begins on the St. Regis lawn

      • 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Wedding Ceremony & Reception! Celebrating under the mountain stars! 

      • 11:00 PM-1:00 AM: Closing out our celebration with an after-party in the St. Regis Ski room! DJ, dancing, and late night bites!

  • 🥂 Sunday, July 5th: Farewell Brunch & Open-Air Markets

    • Morning: Post-Wedding Brunch

      • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Farewell brunch at the St. Regis Deer Crest Club Area

    • Afternoon: Park Silly Sunday Market

      • 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Before heading to the airport, guests can head down to Main Street for the famous Park Silly Sunday Market. This vibrant open-air street festival features local artisans, live music, and excellent food vendors.
